my partner is very skinny but after a heavy meal she some times has a muffin top so no I dnt think it makes you fat at all

id say just have a blow out day as its ur birthday and then for the next week put in double effort on clas and exercise as that way u can enjoy ur day it come but once a year and youll probley find you eat sensible with out thing about it happy bday by the way

ok so I can not really be motivated to write a list so ill just sum up what I can not say no to and that is every thing that is fatterning and not good for you sweet stuff savoury stuff and every thing inbetween I love food to much and I have the weight and the stomach to go with it so ashamed

good luck my buddy this site will really help you keep records up to date all you have to do is keep being honest with your self if u slip its not a bad thing as long as you tell your self hiding cals are a bad thing I know I did it for a few months and ballooned if you have a bad day do not be hard on your self to much…

buy some sports tape and tape them down sports people do it all the time and the adhesive dose not lose grip with sweat its a great idea

maybe go to the doctors and have it checked to see if it can be delt with by working out or if its fatty tuissue that needs to be removed by the hospital ? like some guys that have man boobs need to have the tissue removed by operations

my friend used to have this problem too all she did was push ups and streaches that used all the muscle in her chest area after a month of that her buldge apparently disappeared or was small enough to not get noticed
