Here's me about 5 months ago when I was around 73 Kilos (160 pounds or so).

    thanks guys :) i'm 5'5 so average height :). I had already lost 12 kilos before I took the first photo aswell.

    Lost the weight with eating lower calories and doing heaps of cardio/strength training! :)
