Just joined - getting back into shape

After years of training and acrobatics, I had an accident and was bed ridden for a few months. I mostly left sports and activity off and now I'm here to lose a few pounds/kilos and tone back up. I dance and run. Looking for a few friends that are motivating?

I won't log every day - I'm going to try to work on lifting and getting strong.
