  • Would never limit food intake ..as for exercise..as much as your body can handle without being to sore or rundown ..eat a proper diet to fuel your workouts ..rest 2 or 3 days a week and you'll be fine
  • 1 gram of protein equals four calories ..try and taken in 1/3 of your calories from protein and you'll be just fine
  • Try and narrow down exactly what you want to get out of these products..some are expensive with a lot of useless fluff..if is just say protein your probably better off making your own.
  • as long as it still fits in the grand scheme of things theres nothing wrong...some days your over your budget some days your under..and by exercising in between your "banking" calories anyways...either to be burned for weight loss or used for cheat days. its how you end up at the end of the week that matters
  • comparing times is tricky and fast or slow times can only be relevent to the person running them since everybody is different. Pre surgery i could run an 8-9 min mile easy with 10-12 if running more then 5k...further the distance the slower the pace naturally :)
  • awesome job Amber Im Paul keep up the good work!!
  • I tend to find any store bought ones have too many additives or sugar..best to blend your own with frruits..veggies and some suppliments
  • I tend to try and not it a thing after 8pm at night ..a full dinner should be just fine before bed..but being that you work out at night then maybe some grapes or carrots or a post workout recovery shake before bed
  • Welcome! Always great to have people around like this site offers..bounce receipes and ideas off each other..I love it! Loom forward to helping however I can
  • often problems in and around your life fuel a desire for bad eating habits and relapsing...you have tons of support on here ..would be good to find positive people in your life that you can confide in with a problem rather then drowning it in food. The more sunny your disposition on a daily basis the better off youll be in…
  • welcome to a great site! very positive all around and always looking for new friends!
  • like the other poster said..just seeing all the information in front of you on a daily basis is eye opening. even subtle changles will help improve you down the road. Pick out healthy options slowly but surely and watch portion sizes ..toss in some exercise here and there even if just a long walk and watch that grow into…

  • near impossible to be under with sugar..nothing to worry about unless your doctor tells you so due to medical issues...you can change the setting on here to something else worth tracking however...I stick with 12-1400 a day regardless of workouts or not..sets up a solid foundation for healthy eating.
  • its medical fact that starving your body slows down your metabolism not some gimmick trick...and while it might work without hazard for some people it isnt reccomended..healthy diet and exercise should be the only way to go

  • Check out your local health food store or even say gnc..a lot of times they will have sample packets that the vendors give them...
  • Perfect time to get where you want be and no better motivation than a wedding! Start setting up healthy habits and lifestyle changes so that once you get to the big day you don't regress backwards. Exercise and dieting will lose the weight but a solid foundation of healthy habits will keep it off!
