Hi! Looking for some womanly advice...I'm 28 yrs old and my TOM has NEVER been normal! It was always irregular as a teenager, but I'd get it typically once a month.
Well, 5+ yrs ago, I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder...and we all know stress can play havoc on TOM...and it's appearances. I also quit taking contraceptives at that time.
So, for over 5 yrs, I may have gotten TOM 2-3 times each year!! The doctors told me it's b/c I quit taking my bc pills in the middle of a month instead of at the end...when its recommended. Therefore, my cycles were seriously messed up. Today, I'm on TOM for the third time in 3 months!! Crazy for someone like me...right?
What I'm wondering: Are my better lifestyle habits contributing to better regularity? Why's it so suddenly working pretty flawlessly? Thoughts? Thanks!

I have always been irregular too, except while on BC
I'm not on it now and its irregular again, skip months, 2 times in a month some times a heavy cycle sometimes ultra light. Since exercising regularly and changing my eating it has gotten better for me too. I'm not clockwork by any means but I am evening out.0 -
