It normally takes longer than 3 days to loose weight in my case 2 weeks and you should really log everything you eat to help you keep accountable for everything your putting in your body. if your able to try going on longer walks I started out with 30 minutes of walking around my local supercenter store

Ive had Boca burgers there really good I seasoned them up like I would a regular burger with garlic poder and a little pepper and slice of fat free cheese with onion slices and tomato taste great.

Push ups can help tone the muscles underneath to help give more lifted apearance. From breastfeeding my lil boy for a year i went from very small B to filling out a D. I have a bad shoulder but have still been trying to do a few girlie pushups a few times a week to help tone those muscles.

thats alot of calories in a single meal, but also those things are made for the army so they have enough energy to do the work that they do mostly phyisical. In a sadder day i remember the tequito and sour cream dinner. use to do that.
