Bean Burgers.

1 can of red kidney beans
1 can of small red beans
1 cup of plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of red pepper hummus
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup of minced bell pepper
1 large egg

Mash up the beans using a food processor or even just a potato masher would work fine also. Saute the onion, pepper, and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Then, combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Next, shape them into patties and saute them until cooked.

They work out to be about 175 calories. :)
