I love steak and I usually get a plain baked sweet potato or broccoli with it.

Add some healthy fats into your snacks and meals. For me the perfect mix is more fat & protein, less processed carbs. You have to find what works for you.
-
Started at 228 last week. I eat arouns 1200 to 1500 a day. It just depends. I eat more fat and protein generally though so it is pretty filling.
-
If you like it then it should be ok. I use the premade premier protein shakes as well. But that is just my preference due to taste.
-
Prep your own food. I have 5 kids, work full time plus PRN but that doesn't mean my husband and kids have to eat the same as I do.
-
Not slimfast but I drink a Premier Protein chocolate protein shake ( premade), a banana, and either 2 tablespoond of peanut butter or 1 oz of almonds/walnuts. I would still be super hungry from just a slimfast shake.the ones I drink have 30g of protein and hardly any sugar either.

Weighing and measuring your food is very helpful. You may be eating more than you think without even knowing it. They are only trying to be helpful.

I am in. Day 1 weigh in: 223.6 Goal is 30# in 8 weeks
-
Thats great. I am in my first week again after regaining most of my weight back.

I love my blaze. It is not hard to charge either. I plan on buying another color of band too when I get payed this week. My husband got it for me for mothers day.
-
I love my fitbit blaze.
-
Wow butter is soy based and safe for people with nut allergies.
-
I don't care how big it is personally. I really like the way the screen looks. Pretty sure I'm getting the blaze when I get the money.
-
I'd like to get a fitness watch for my birthday in September if not before so I was just wandering. I like how the blaze looks. One of my husbands Co workers has the blaze and loves it.
-
Anyone like the blaze?

For my family of 7 food isn't cheap. My kids can eat a whole container of strawberries a day, bag of apples in two, etc. I eat differently than they do and don't eat the processed carbs. My protein drink add to the cost as well. The veggies aren't necessarily expensive but I don't buy frozen veggies. Fresh ones cost more.…

I use it. I don't have a fitness band though.
-
Pre plan and pre cook. Then bring your food.
-
I like the premier protein pre-made shakes. They have 30g of protein and taste good.
-
I've lost 72 lbs in 6 months and I started out at 234.6 lbs. So I say go for it.
-
Go into your progress section hold down the old weights and you can delete them.
-
I eat for health now. Not according to how someone else thinks I should eat. So no it doesn't bother me to not eat something
-
For me personally my cravings are greatly reduced when I cut processed carbs and junk like chips/cookies/etc. So the whole as long as it fits your calories doesn't work for me. I feel better not eating that stuff. I feel more full on high fat and protein than I did the other way.

Had it out in 2013. Surgery was on Thursday and back to work Thursday. I could walk and do light activity for exercise for 2 weeks. I have a fairly heavy lifting job and still did that when I went back.
-
For me personally I feel better and lose faster by dropping the processed carbs and excess sugar. But I think you need to do what you can maintain. I don't miss the sugary stuff 5.5 months in. Because I don't have the highs and lows that I had with them.
-
I just don't like it. I eat cheese and yogurt though.
-
Almonds, cheese stick, boiled eggs, small apple with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, raw veggies with hummis.
-
I never eat oatmeal or cereal. I get my carbs from fruits and veggies.
-
145-150 is my goal.
-
I track on vacation too. Even if it's only a close guess.
