In need of a yummy protein powder! I crave to many sweets... I think if I have a good protein shake it will help crush the cravings. Comment your favorite protein :). Also, I need friends on here. Add me :)

    I like the premier protein pre-made shakes. They have 30g of protein and taste good.

    Optimum Nutrition. Their Gold Standard whey and casein powders are pretty good.

    Yup, love these. 160 cal, 30 grams protein, bunch of added vitamins and cheap at Costco.
