Really? Man chicks are short in the US. *Is viking*

I only guessed 5 % larger. I also got "perfect hourglass" , I don't know about that, don't think I'm "voluptuous" enough, haha.
-
I'm 6ft. Lifting is making my body more toned but also more feminine looking. I've always been very slender, but I'm gaining more shape and curves without looking 'bigger' at all.

Nerd.

Exactly... Re: bad hygeine: I wash my gym clothes all the time, always wear clean ones, shower every day and always right after my workout. I work out pretty hard so I get pretty sweaty, and despite it being "clean sweat", I'm not 100 % oderless. Add that up with sweat from a bunch of other gym goers, and it's not going to…

Oh, I'm very sorry for sweating at a gym. Gee...
-
Hey. You look sexy as fuuuu. Sorry, was that inappropriate?
-
I want to be openminded to the idea, but honestly, my initial reaction is I'd be quite put off. MAINLY because, well, sex is very important to me, and it's important that we're compatible. There's no way I'd marry anyone without knowing that. Also, I prefer men who've developed some mad skills in that department, then I…

333 kcal IS 333 calories? Did you mean kJ converted, or?
-
How did you "realize" that? From a caloric/weight loss perspective, probably not, but artificial sweeteners isn't the greatest thing for your body, still... OP: I've almost given it up. I drink it occasionally if I'm allowing myself some crisps (HAVE to drink soda to that). Otherwise I've gone from drinking it daily to a…

Mine has always been very healthy. Lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean white meat, the good fats, fish, all the good stuff. And meals spread out through the day. I just ate too much crap on TOP of all that. So I needed to crack my ice cream/chocolate addiction, haha. But always lots of substantial nutritious food…

Age/Sex: 23/Female Height: 1.82 m/6ft Heaviest: 70 kg/155 lbs Lowest: 52-53 kg - if it counts if I was like 17-18. Skinny teen. Otherwise very stable at 65 kg as an adult. Current: 68 kg/150 Goal: Fit as *kitten*, I'm unsure of what my weight will be when I reach that, I'm not used to lifting. I guess just a lot more…

How many times? It sometimes takes long to adjust to things we didn't previously like. Be more open minded about it and explore new options. There's plenty of new healthy choices to be made, even if you don't like all of it.

Really, she does? Alright never buying one of her ever popular dvds then.

I've been severely efficient for years straight, but it didn't affect my ability to lose weight. It did weaken my muscles and my general well being though.

I'm sorry, I have no clue of the price levels in other countries (I'm from Denmark, I'm guessing you're not? :D) but lasers would probably be the priciest. You can buy dermarollers (get 0.5-1 mm needle) and TCA peels to do at home, which is very cost efficient, but to do that you must really know what you're doing, so I…

Also, to avoid in the future; stretch marks are afaik mostly caused by genetics and hormone levels, but obviously losing or gaining weight SLOWLY will greatly reduce the risk, too, as opposed to anything rapid. And healthy fats are good for a ton of things, but they will also help your skin retain elasticity.
-
You would need CO2 lasers, TCA peels or Dermarolling or a combination to succesfully remove, or significantly reduce the appearance of stretch marks. They lie very deep within the skin. No over the counter "stretch mark cream" will do squat, so don't waste your money. If they are still red, Rx Retin-A applied might work.…

Whatever you're comfortable with, empty stomach or not. I have to eat something. I find that I get a better workout if I eat something rich in (the healthy kind of) carbs about 20-30 min. before I start.
-
I CAN'T. Feel sick if I do it on an empty stomach. But I love working out early in the morning! :) Just have to have a solid breakfast first. I'm hungry after too, but not like starving, so not too different from a rest day.
-
I love dark chocolate, but I prefer 80-90 %. 99 % is a bit too much for me, but when I had them, I prefered to just let them melt on my tounge.
-
^ Obviously won't counteract loads of loose skin or increase your cup size, but mine look better/perkier with weights. Sorry, I didn't read OP's question as she wanted to get back to her original size, just back "in shape"/less sad looking, haha.
-
^ Uhm, we have muscle under our boobs as well.
-
I'm a n00b, but I can always *feel* the muscles in my chest working when I do benchpress with dumbbells.
-
Triceps and shoulders, definitely. Also my wrists are weak as hell, ridiculously skinny, and I'm double-jointed, so I really have to focus to keep them straight.
-
Oooh, ginger. Thanks for that idea, I love ginger. Especially really spicy ginger tea. :D
-
Plain and ice cold, or fizzy - plain or with lemon/lime/fresh mint, nothing to sweeten it. Flavoured water makes me gag.
-
Not really, personally. Prefer a muscular build. A little bit of "padding" on top of those is fine, too. Well, I can easily find skinny guys attractive, but don't really get the urge to jump their bones (bahaha, pardon the lame pun).
-
Under me.

In a gym, it's weird if anyone does it. Otherwise, I don't personally care. Do what you want.
