Can anyone help me with kCal / Cal? Quick question :)

Hi guys, MapMyRun told me I burned 333kcal, I want to convert this to cals (so I can record it in MFP accurately).
When I've used online converters they say they are the same, but I've read contradicting info...

Can anyone confirm??? Many thanks!!!

    333 kcal IS 333 calories?

    Did you mean kJ converted, or?

    A kcal is 1,000 actual calories.
    What you see on labels, heart rate monitors, MFP is really KCal.
    To simply, people just say "Calories"

    OK so mapmyrun said I burned 333kcal.... which is infact 333cals (ie: MFP calories).
