And I am saying no to the left over chocolate cake on my counter! I am saying no because I am worth it!!! Its a mantra we moms need to remind ourselves of! We are so busy caring for others (which we want to do and love to do) but often we forget WE ARE WORTH IT! I know when I prepare my food ahead of time I dooo wayyyy…

Tnxx!! I just gave a 45 min cardio/toning class and am not eating left over chocolate cake instead I am drinking 2 glasses of water taking a shower and going to bed!!!! I feel empowered!

i walked a mile today but not that fast...but now im doing pushups/crunches/squats/lunges and then im off to my stationary bike! Hows everyone doing?

I did 40 but i also did over 100 squats and 100 push ups so im just wiped!! im going to continue with crunches and my bike!

I was totaly stressed out today so i had a pc of 85% cocoa chocolate and then did 24 min fast on the bike! wow i feel great!

Again i did the stationary bike this time for 21 min but i have no clue how far....

I did 15 min on my stationary bike i dont know how far i went cuz its a very basic stationary bike....:tongue:

Im soooo proud of myself!! finally im back at the gym!!! elliptical for 1.65 miles today!!!! Hey guys dont lag behind!!! PS wear a pedometer for zumba!!! u never know!?!?!!?:smile:

I did 1.66 miles on the cybex arc trainer this morning (similiar to an elliptical) I did it on a higher setting then usual so I burnt more calories but didnt go as far...Im totaly ok with that!!! How the rest of you doing!?!?

I just did 2..51 miles on the elliptical! for some reason tickerfactory isnt working..but I thought Id share! I feel like Im back in the game!:smile:

Hi, Im a mom of 3 kiddos too 6 yr oldboy 4 yr old boy and an almost 3yr old princess. Being a mom is tough cuz we naturally put ourselves last.....Our kids need us to make ourselves a priority!!! were worth it!!!:smile:

1.42 miles walking around the childrens museum...if my husband comes home before 8pm tonight I will go to the gym and do 3 miles on the elliptical or crosstrainer!:wink: tnx for the encouragement!
