My first challenge will be to complete my 30DS (been slacking on the exercise lately)

I was totaly stressed out today so i had a pc of 85% cocoa chocolate and then did 24 min fast on the bike! wow i feel great!0

i walked a mile today but not that fast...but now im doing pushups/crunches/squats/lunges and then im off to my stationary bike! Hows everyone doing?0
