Weekly. Every Friday morning as soon as I get up.

Every Friday morning at 6am, after I have used the restroom, with no clothes on, in the same exact spot --- I put the scale in the center of my bathroom lol. Hope this helps!

I'm a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding, whom I haven't seen in 10 years. I started the journey on January 30th at 250, and I now weight 210. The wedding is in August. My mini-goal is to be at 199 by her wedding. Onderland would be such a wonderful mini-goal to hit for her wedding!

Plain oats with walnuts and raspberries. It's a filling, healthy and yummy breakfast! Also, three triscuits with all natural peanut butter have been very helpful when it comes to my bedtime snack. Hope this helps!

My knees are destroyed from a car accident, so for cardio I use the elliptical, the bike and the row machine. None of them irritate my knees and I have very bad injuries. Hope this helps!

I buy "Newman's Own Light Balsamic." Make sure you get the one that says: No artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. That's important! A lot of Newman's light dressings don't say that. So, look for this one or others that do. This was recommended to me by the Fitness Director at work. Very low on calories too! Hope…

Fruit, cottage cheese, granola, greek yogurt, hard boiled egg...all easy ideas!

I think there is a benefit to eating breakfast. It keeps your metabolism active. I have had success losing weight by eating every two hours. Things like greek yogurt, fruit, cottage cheese or a hard boiled egg are low in calories and would be a great breakfast for you. Good luck!

I completely understand how you feel. Plateaus are such a confidence crusher! I'm in my second plateau right now (fluctuating between 220 and 225). It's extremely frustrating! The best advice I can give you is to change things up...that's what I'm trying out right now. I've added weights to my routine...changed up what I'm…

I LOVE Zumba! I use the second one (Zumba Fitness) for my diary. I think that's more accurate!

I completely understand the struggle! I work at a Country Club. Employee Meal is served between 10:30 and 11:00am...it's always fried food, pasta, cheese etc. Also, there's always bread and cookies readily available that you can grab when you're in there. Then throw in the monthly Birthday Club Celebration where there's…

Hi! I have found setting "mini celebratory goals" helps me...A LOT! It will help you stay on track and give you something to look forward to. SW - 265 CW - 220 GW - 150 My next four "mini celebratory goals" are as follows: 1. Hitting the half-way mark: 207lbs. 2. Getting to "Onderland": 199lbs. 3. Getting out of the…

Black! But, I didn't get there right away....I have always had my coffee with a ton of creamer and two to three sugars. I loved my coffee sweet! I started out slow. I worked down to one sugar...then removed sugar completely...then removed cream...then boom, down to black. You should really try it, if I can do it anyone can!

1. It's a long process. The weight didn't go on over night, so you need to accept it won't come off over night. 2. You need to have patience with yourself: Some weeks the scale won't move, no matter how hard you workout or how "right" you eat...Some days you will go over on your calories...it's okay. Just log it and move…

When in doubt, just drink as much water as you can. I drink anywhere from 10 - 14 bottles of water per day. They are 16.9 fl oz bottles. I weigh 220. The more water you can consume, the better. I'm not sure what the "rule" is for how much you should be consuming. Like I said, I would just consume as much as you can. Water…

Not being able to fit into a rollercoaster seat at Busch Gardens :( ... in front of what felt like a 100 people staring at me...and in front of my husband. My heart was broken.

Well...working...lol...

Do you have a Publix where you live? They have fantastic salads there! My favorite is a strawberry, candied pecan & gorgonzola salad...it's around 500 calories and $7.00. Good luck!

I would suggest making a goal of 30-35 pounds by July. Losing ten pounds a month is healthy. 50 pounds may prove to be difficult to achieve. But go for it if you're determined and motivated - best of luck to you on your journey! :)

I would say anything that gets your heart rate up - 3 to 4 times per week. I do Zumba, and I love it!

It sounds like you have your mind made up. No need to ask for advice here. You are looking for people to agree with you, not offer a different option. You are saying no essentially to everything everyone is suggesting. Sorry, not trying to come off rude or insensitive. I know it's a struggle to eat healthier options when…

SW: 265lbs. CW: 223lbs. GW: 150lbs. Height: 5'7 My tip is NEVER give up! Even through the plateaus...the days when you don't feel like exercising...just don't give up. It will all be worth it!
