:-/ Hmmm... doesn't sound good. I was looking into the new Urban Leaf that tracks stress levels too. It had great reviews... I just wanted to hear from someone personally.

I have never heard of these Pasta Zero noodles! Must google immediately.

Ah. Well when you put it that way, your rudeness totally convinced me of my silliness. I have seen the light.
-
I do and I have, but I am still trying to limit my carb intake to 20g-25g.

Oh, I take in lots of fat every day. I've been doing this for a while now... it's just that sometimes it's not the consistency that I find comfortable or easy to deal with and I thought there may be a way to supplement in order to ease the process a bit. (I am really trying my best to politely discuss this, but it's not…

I wouldn't call keto high protein. That's misleading. It's moderate protein. Most are at around 20-25% protein. Even the few carnivores I know who just eat animal products are around or just a bit over 25% protein.[/quote] Exactly!! And therein lies my challenge. I love meat and I eat meat and eggs like crazy, but I always…

Well, as much as I hate to defy stereotypes, I haven't bought a purse since high school (two decades ago now) and don't typically make frivolous purchases. My previous "freebie" water cups, both given to me from the hospitals where my daughters were born, developed mold in the straw. So I set out to find a good cup that…

So grateful for your snarky remark. Super helpful.

It's all about that awesome straw. Doesn't get stuck on ice cubes. Doesn't have those awful ridges that get moldy and gross. Helps you literally gulp water down. I feel like everyone should own one.

P.S. My ticker says 31 lbs because I was here prior to getting pregnant and didn't count my pregnancy weight.

my seven year old made me a very elaborate picture that she wrapped in "wrapping paper" she made herself and coupled with a card that she also made for my birthday. She made it last night but sneaked it into her backpack so she could give it to me when she got off the bus. Love her!

I would love to join this challenge!! I just delivered my brand new baby girl via c-section, so pretty much all I can do is walk right now. I walked for 65 minutes today.

You know what helps me? Calisthenics. I do a series of strength exercises everyday, like lunches, chair dips, leg lifts, crunches... with jumping jacks. As a busy working mom, I can do them in the morning before I even get Ava up for school and intermittently throughout the day. If I have a few minutes, I'll drop and do…

Thanks so much!! Amazing! And my GW is 190.

I really, really LOVE Calnaturale Svelte. They come in 4 flavors... chai latter, french vanilla, chocolate and cappucino. They are UNBELIEVABLY delicious, incredibly filling and organic to boot. I feel like I tried so many kinds and was always let down or couldn't stick with them. These really are the perfect post workout…

Strawberries are out of season, I know, but sometimes you can find them around. And if you can, I have a great recipe for white cheddar stuffed chicken with roasted strawberries that is SUPER delicious!! (If you're interested, message me and I'll send it to you) Otherwise, I love to marinate them in Newman's Own Parmesan…

Love.

Perfect!! Thanks for all your work to keep us on task!
-
Feel free to add me! I've flung myself from the bandwagon time and time again, but I always crawl back on.

Jenna, she is just trying to make sure we enjoy our junk science. She made sure to rudely comment on a nice person's post to say this because she was genuinely concerned that we weren't enjoying our junk science.
-
So have jerky posts like this. Thanks, though.

Great link!! Thanks for sharing. :flowerforyou:

Car pooling isn't an option because it's a good 45-50 minute drive away from home. And I often pack my lunch when I do stick around the area, I just didn't today. Panera is my fail-safe, but I just found myself staring at the menu, not really wanting any of it. So I was just wondering if any of you guys knew some tricks…
