  • Hope im not too late to join. i do around 30 minutes on EA Active 5 times a week. I aslo do alot of walking and ive just bought a trampette so im not sat in front of the tv all evening once the kids are in bed & my partner is away. :-)

  • i sort of agree with the first response but for me after ive done a 30 minute work out im really tired so i probably dont work as "hard" if i do any more. i usually do 30 mins in a morning and then another 30 in an evening too and i seem to be losing weight and inches so im happy:flowerforyou:
  • Mini eggs are just 15 calories each why not work out how many you can have and have them.... ie 10 = 150 cals its best to have something small like that when you crave it because otherwise you are more likely to fail. :flowerforyou:

  • i also use the Ea Active, i love it, ive never really liked sports or the gym, even at school i was the first to hand in a sick note (usually forging my mums signature) but the wii is perfect for me. i do the 30 day plan on high intensity. it fits in with my lifestyle. would recommend it to anyone
