  • As long as you don't have your cheat day the night before weigh in, it shouldn't really make much difference. If I eat my exercise calories every day or if I save them and use all at once, I'm still only consuming the same number of calories. In the long term, this should heed the same results.

  • Hi, I have a Breville Halo which is a similar kind of thing and it is AMAZING! You can cook meat, potatoes, stews, soups, veg... pretty much everything in them and they are loads faster than oven cooking.
  • I have been on plans with shakes before and they can be around 250-300 calories per shake. You can have a decent amount of food for that!
