Anyone from the UK?

No offense meant to anyone from elsewhere, I just need meal ideas and a lot of the foods vary country to country! Add me as a friend please, I am always looking for help and motivation xx

    Hi,

Always useful to have friends from the same country so you can talk about the same foods (Asda rather than Walmart) and weight measures (stone rather than lbs!).....I'll add you, always happy to give a little support and motivation :)

Feel free to add me as long as you aren't eating at a major deficit (aka 1200 calories) - I'm part of the Eat More 2 Lose Weight group (a moderator on the website forum) so I support losing weight slowly (max 15% deficit from TDEE) and using weight lifting for body change. If anyone wants that sort of support, I'm your girl.

I'm in Surrey. I'm on 1200 but my daily exercise adds a lot more each day. I'm also veggie and find it hard to get the protein and calories from my veggie diet (mainly quorn!)
