Oh, I just love those blank stares when I say "Hi" to people I've known for years....... makes me feel like kicking my heels up in the air. Congratulations to you - fantastic motivator !

Everyone's completely different. Best thing would be to experiment and find out ! First week, do it once, then check the scale ! If you're still losing quite a bit, go for two cheats and see what happens.

I would suggest on the days you work out, to eat back half-75% of your exercise calories (if you must, estimate on the lower side of calories burned so you don't overeat). On the days you don't work out, keep it your normal calorie intake.

I agree with this. I also think you are eating too low with all the activity you have going on. I'm 47 and 5'4 and my BMR is 1600. You are most likely eating below your BMR AND moving all day. Your body is not getting the nutrients it needs, and is therefore probably being resistant. Ease up, don't try so hard. Take a few…

I have it but since I have lost this weight my symptoms are nearly gone....just an occassional twinge here and there. I am 5'4 and started at 267. My macros are set at 25% carbs, 35 protein and 40 fat. My protein is higher because I lift heavy 3x a week and I find it really helps to cut hunger. The fat percentage you"ve…

I agree that a LOT of people on here are mean. But just read the news today-seems like the majority of the people on Earth are full of 'tude Think there's something in the water. Bunch of Blue Meanies.

47. Weights/strength training 3x week (machines, freeweights, and bodyweight/Total Gym) cardio 2x week - either circuit trng. or brisk hill walking. I get at least 13,000 steps a day in on my non-weight days. Most days I get 15-17,000 steps. My weekends are considered rest days, but always still get at least 10,000 steps…

Alcohol is such a powerful depressant. Letting go of it is such a mood and energy booster. I don't know you but am so happy that you are overcoming both the alcohol and food addiction. Must feel powerful to have so much control over what you do now. Many many congratulations to you (and you look AWEsome, btw)

MY BAD ! They DID, but I just found this article that states they removed it due to public pressure ! Yay ! Woop ! I love that bread ! Eat up, and forget I said anything ! http://www.mediabistro.com/10000words/nudged-by-social-media-martins-breads-removes-controversial-yoga-mat-additive_b26578

That Martin's potato bread has that azodicarbonamide (ADA) yoga mat/flip-flop material in i that Subway came under fire for last year so badly that they revamped their recipe and launched a new commercial compaign that they are now ADA-free. However, all the other bread makers of this world slipped under the radar and…

I was a Fage lover all the way.... until I discovered Noosa. I left Fage on the corner in the rain without a backward glance and took Noosa to Hawaii to be my love slave. Best. yogurt. ever.

I didn't even bother looking at your diary, because 2 pounds in 3 weeks is good. I don't see any need for any changes !!! Keep doing what you're doing

doesn't bother me a bit. Better than soft office hands any day of the week.

I used to have Team Flakes when I was a kid waaay back in the 70s and 80s and I really really miss them.....:( They are, in memory at least, the best.

Hungarian style (my favorite go-to for simplicity and ease) Sauteed chopped onions in bottom of pan Chicken breast on top of that Mix 1 tablespoon low fat sour cream with 1 teaspoon Worcestire sauce, put on top of breast then sprinkle sparsely with bread crumbs top with Hungarian paprika and bake soooo simple and a…

I have a bowl of candies ON my desk - tootsie tolls, hershey's kisses, mini peanut butter cups, jolly ranchers, for the students that come in. I don't touch it. One of the Deans brings in Munchkins every day. My big boss brought in zucchini bread today, two loaves. This is life, and there will always, always be something…

two words: GET SOUP !! And not chowders or bisques. Everyone has chicken noodle soup, or lentil, or french onion. A bowl of soup is very filling and USUALLY less than 300 -400 calories or so.

if all you really want to do is tone up, then you don't need to eat at a deficit at all - just lift weights. But looking at your prior posts, it looks like people have already told you that multiple times!

Something is very definitely off here. Remember that woman who caused so much controversy on The Biggest Loser by turning near-anorexic going from 260 to 105 ? She said she was working out 5-6 hours a day and eating 1500 calories and she turned into skin and bone, so you eating 1200 and working out 2 hours per day is about…
