Doesn't matter, but I think I'd be alarmed at overly soft hands on a man.

Agreed. Took the words from my mouth.

    So for the womenz....
    guys with rough hands,
    Yay or nay???

I don't use b**ch mittens when I workout, so my hands are fairly rough......
so curious as to the thoughts
I like my men manly, so rough hands don't bother me at all. Kind of a turn-on.

    Wouldn't bother me one bit.

My hands are the worst and I wear gloves so I would hope the guy didn't mind my alligators.

Alarmed and a turn off...I like a guy with hands like a guy...strong, capable, rough.

i do wear gloves, though, I have a few calluses from kitchen work, but I prefer to keep my hands at least somewhat soft. Even the gloves dont completely keep the calluses forming at the base of my fingers.

My husband's hands are pretty rough from years of physical labor and lifting. I don't mind it at all. My first boyfriend had soft hands - I didn't mind that either. I suppose rough hands are "manlier," as long as they don't look gross and aren't so rough it hurts my sensitive skin. I find men's hands sexy, but I can imagine the really callused ones aren't too attractive.

I do wear "***** mittens" when I lift. I'd like to keep my hands softer than my husbands, thanks. Also, I've gone without gloves before and the pain afterward just isn't worth it. But a lot of guys don't have pain because their hands are already so callused up that they feel nothing. Not the case for me.

When you say "rough", are you referring to their texture. . or how they are used in the bedroom?

    oh IN!

For "petite flower dainty maids" and the "rough-handed manly men" that protect them.

Rough hands are definitely manly and sexy but soft hands will work too. I have no preference....more interested in the man attached to those hands.
