I think it sounds more like a case of vertigo. Did you have any recent cold / ear infections? Some times even salty diet (pretzels ) and fluid imbalance can cause it. Just make a mental estimate of the amount of calories you are going to eat. That way you can adjust rest of your week around it and work out the excess. Have fun.

Actually people know about breast cancer, but most need a nudge before getting a mammo. It is like obesity, in the sense no body thinks it will happen to them till it does. A timely mammo saves lives. Get your wife, mom, sister and friends to have it done every 2 years If over 50 . Others talk to your gp about it.

I too set mine to 25% fat reduction thingy. that makes it show numbers nearer to 1200. Wouldn't she be slowing down more than 2 lbs in 2 months If increase in calories? similar issues, watching this thread.
