I notice my belly weight is at it's best when I'm eating all fresh, homemade food - nothing 'in a box'. Also keep breads to a minimum. This also helps get rid of cellulite.

That's a good goal! I find running on the treadmill quite difficult, so I do it when I feel I want a challenge - I don't know how far I went, though. :tongue:

I love nachos, and movie theatre popcorn. Lots of other treats, too, but those are my TOP 2.

Yes, like some people said, I found it hard to about day 4 and then it got easier. I've now lost my appetite pretty much! Good luck...

I used a dry sauna before my wedding and it helped a lot, however, if you don't have one at your gym it is very expensive!

20-grain toast with lemon marmalade from the farmers market, and a cup of coffee. Then if I get bored I have a vanilla shake instead (high-fibre).

I eat junk on roadtrips, too. Just enjoy yourself, and eat Subway when you can! :)

My hubby won't eat anything either - it was hard to cook for him when I wasn't dieting, so now I pretty much gave up! Are you sure you don't like it in a salad? It's great chopped small with Bragg or Maggi seasoning on it (Bragg is way better for you). Add some sunflower seeds and grated carrot. They make this salad at Planet Organic.

the cheese sounds yummy but I need the spread for a broccoli salad...sometimes I use thousand island instead and it seems to be lower in calories than straight mayo

I have read at least 3 studies that claim your body thinks aspartame is real sugar, and stores fat anyways when you drink it. This should motivate you! I like all natural raspberry flavor soda water from Safeway. Also, artificial sweeteners can cause headaches and diarrhea! Ewww!

I like those Nile Spice cups of soup that you add hot water to (200 cals). then I eat an assortment of fruits and veggies, and coffee :-)

My hubby picks at his dinner and then goes out and gets potato chips and soda, and he buys me some!!! OMG!!! I can't even sit next to him because I can smell it.

I try carrots, apples, gum, grapes, doing squats by the TV, or even drinking orange flavor metamucil powder - it's 40 calories and makes me feel full.

I know that the last time I lost ten pounds, the only exercise I was doing was walking on my lunch breaks. So yeah, it works.

I often eat canned corn as a low-calorie snack. One can is quite a lot of food, and with some pepper on it you won't be disappointed! Also good with lime juice on it.
