Easy to do. Big mason jar 1 of those little cups of plain yogurt. What ever brand you like. Fill the far with whatever milk you like. My mini loaf pans fit in mine. Meatloaf, stuffed chicken, egg omlettes. Easy if cooking for one or two.

Okra cut up Evoo Cajun or Italian seasoning Air fryer 375 degrees Shake basket every 10 minutes. Until crisp. I eat it like popcorn. Crunchy If okra frozen. I microwave a little to defrost and remove some moisture.

Flank steak Salt pepper Crockpot 3/4 jar salsa verde over un browned meat 4-5 hours low until tender Save juice from pot. Add back 1/4 jar salsa to brighten flavor. I like to carfully remove from crock pot. Wrap in foil with all juices and rest in refrigerator over night. Cold meat will slice great.

They are still made the same way and yes the crock can crack from changes in temperature. I think crock pot recommends a minimum of 1/2 Cup liquid in a large crock pot. Now I have put an entire chicken in a crock pot without any liquid to start. It was just fine.

I keep small cans of chicken in my desk. If I get in a bind for time or forgot my lunch I can make a chicken salad. I get mayo, black pepper, and Parmesan from the cafeteria for free. Mix it up in a cup. Life saver in a pinch.

I like frozen berries. You have to slowly chew and suck on them. Slows me down. Helps with bored eating. And you can have what you want.

Cast iron is the way to go. The more you use it, the better and better it gets. Simple wash and light cost of oil before storing. High acidic foods will leach iron into the food. Nah, don't short change yourself. Go and enjoy the company. DO, however look at menus before, have a plan. Those Brazilian styles placed usually have good salad bars that you can just have. Lower cost. Plenty of protein on them. And soups.

Strawberries Balsamic vinegar ( the older the better) Honey to taste Let sit until juicy Top with real whip cream sweetened with brown sugar. I find a tablespoon of whip cream whisked in a cup makes the right amount to top the strawberries. Easy.
