Cereal. Just try and pry it from my claws. I get pretty angry when I find my cereal gone and no one tells me we're out.1

Beer and tequila. I rarely drink, but when I do, I enjoy a nice Lagunitas with a shot of tequila.
For everyday stuff, peanut butter. Love me a nice peanut butter sammie on toasted wheat.1 -
Given up booze, sugar, pasta and potato. No way in hell is my coffee going.0

I won't give up sugar in general. A cookie, chocolate, or donut now & then makes me happy even if the rest of my food is vegetables, lean protein, legumes, etc. I am fine limiting coffee. alcohol fast food and most bread/chips/etc, but if I couldn't have a slice of pie now and then I'd be miserable.1

My list is simple: Lime Hot Cheetos, Pizza (from Pie Five since I can make my own and have the calories be as low as possible while still tasting delish), Chick Fil A number 1 without pickles, chocolate.3

My last nutritionist told me to stop drinking coffee (I drink 1 a day, when I wake). I was also training for a tri.
She's no longer my nutritionist but coffee is still around.7 -

Cheese and wine. My nutritionist hates it. I told her tough, we will work around it.7

A glass of wine on occasion. I have a 15 year old daughter, the wine helps me relax at night, that way I don't lose my temper with my daughter... (Teenage hormones suck!!!!)1

Wine is definitely mine. Sometimes I overindulge (whoops), but I do enjoy a nice glass (or five) after a long day. This isn't an everyday thing, but a few times a week. Which is better than it used to be, lol. It's part of my relaxation time with my husband before bed.0

Coke. I still binge on it sometimes. 16oz is binging. It is bad for me too, but I drink Coke One and Diet Dr Pepper, so I won't have the carbs.0
