A glass of wine on occasion. I have a 15 year old daughter, the wine helps me relax at night, that way I don't lose my temper with my daughter... (Teenage hormones suck!!!!)

Wine is definitely mine. Sometimes I overindulge (whoops), but I do enjoy a nice glass (or five) after a long day. This isn't an everyday thing, but a few times a week. Which is better than it used to be, lol. It's part of my relaxation time with my husband before bed.

Wine - usually 3 nights a week ( sometimes more when the week is a bad one ) If I am having it at home I buy Skinny girl to save a bit of calories ( 80-100 per 5 ounces) but it isn't at the restaurants around here .

Coke. I still binge on it sometimes. 16oz is binging. It is bad for me too, but I drink Coke One and Diet Dr Pepper, so I won't have the carbs.

Lager. I will substitute for vodka and soda if it's going to be a long night, but I know that when in the pub watching football, it has to be pints. I know full well it will mean I get off to a slow start, but as I get more used to the tracking and weighing, and what has what calories, I will have a low cal day on a Friday to allow my Saturdays to go as unchanged as possible!

I cant give up fruit. That is why I can not stick to a super low carb diet. I have to have 2 to 3 fruits a day.
