Best BBQ recipes?

Hey all, as the title suggests what is your best BBQ recipe? What kind of meat, cut, marinade, etc.

I'll be downgrading to only a mini fridge and BBQ in about a week (home remodeling) and am looking for some new stuff to keep me interested in cooking at home.

    My favourite recipe for BBQ is kebabs - cherry tomatoes, beef cubes,pineapple, bell pepper, onions, zucchini. Marinade the beef in honey, lemon, mustard, meat spice mix for couple hours before putting them on the sticks. Takes about 10 minutes to grill.

    Beer can chicken
    Season chicken
    Shove a half full beer can up the tail end of bird
    Stand beer can and bird in middle of grill
    Grill for about 1 hour.

    but now that I know it's a real thing. and I have to ask why. What does it do? How does it taste?
