Between my butt tummy and underarms yuck! Was seriously considering surgery in. A few mo ths .. Then read on Jillian's blg that she kept her stretch marks and let them Fade naturally as they were her reminders of who shwe was and how far she came to beingnher now...YES even jillian michaels has stretch marks!

Congrats on the 9 day cleanse - I haven't had the time to devote to that this month - we are traveling and I realized thats NOT the time to do it! i Love the vanilla shakes - wish they would come up with a strawberry or coffee!

we are having meatloaf - usign 1/2 ground beef 1/2 ground chicken - then steamed broccoli and califlower mashed also instead of bread crumbs I use Panko crumbs they are lighter in taste and texture

wearing your old fat clothes is not good for your pysche! If you cant afford a BUNCH of new clothes get a few special items .. I also found through this journey that OLD NAY's CLEARANCE section is WODNEFUL!!! i've redone my wardrobe 3 times now and I dont think i've spent more than $150 each time

Why impractical..? Grab a liter bottle of water drink through out morning have lunch with water another liter in the afternoon...its only difficult when you think about. Excerise calories are those that i do nt try to EVER use ... I'm at about 1000 - 1200 calories a day - then if I work out the way I like to its a 900 calorie bonus .. considering I only get a chance to hti the gym every otehr day, I need those 900 bonus calories to effective lose the tonage on my frame. if you "induldge"…

I do a detox / cleanse twice a month and its really intense - I do not recommend any of the crazy stuff like lemons and maple syrup .. but after a day of cleanse i can kick start my body and lose about 2-3 lbs in the process.... Let me know if you have questions ...

Absolutely Possible! I did 35 lbs in about 3 months and now have added excerise - wish I thought of THAT earlier But remember your wedding is a day to enjoy not worry about what goes into yoru mouth ..
