  • Multi vitamin. Just cause. Fish oil. I hear it's good for you? Biotin. Hair and nails. Apple cider vinegar tablets with pectin. They were on sale and figured why not. Probiotic. For the gut. Cinnamon tablets. Helps with insulin digestion? Or glucose tolerance? Something like that. I was recommended it when I had…
  • I have bras in every size! Seriously I have been as large as 38DDD and as small as 34C. Until I'm done with pregnancies and weight loss/gain - I refuse to throw any of my bras out until they settle down and pick a size haha
  • I tried. I failed. I was a super dedicated counter and weighed/measured everything and never ate out of my macros for over a year. But it became impossible after I got pregnant and it was almost an obsession and I was always hungry. So I gave up maybe around 20 weeks. I'll honestly probably start again after the baby is…
  • Mine, but I don't log weekends soooo the next couple days are pointless ;)
  • I couldn't stand the stuff. I just take it in tablet form now, but it's been a couple months and haven't noticed any positive changes either.
  • Today I ate my tuna in cottage cheese with salt/pepper haha doesn't that sound gross? Oh the things I want when I'm pregnant. Seriously though it wasn't that bad. The only weird part was that I can't eat cold tuna so I heated it up, but I also can't eat warm cottage cheese.. it was kind of a conundrum but oh well I…
  • Lavash bread is my favorite! I use it for wraps, burritos, and yes especially pizzas! As for the cheese debate - trader Joe's has an AMAZING reduced fat mozzarella that is only 45 calories an ounce and it melts like normal (a good minute under the broiler at the end of cooking gives it a good brown too)
  • Larry and Lenny's protein cookies! I have loved every flavor and they are amazing. Definitely don't taste healthy or protein-y.
  • I use a butter flavored spray from Trader Joe's that is really good! (pam also makes a version) I use it mainly on my toast and sweet potatoes, but it's very versatile.
  • Balance bar, but only the mint chocolate one. It tastes exactly like a girl scout thin mint cookie!
  • Love the mocha cappuccino! Banana cream is the only one I can tolerate to mix with just water (still better with milk but sometimes I can't do the carbs). Their chocolate flavor is right on. Strawberry is alright but I'm usually not a fan in general.
  • If you're looking more candy bar type, I also really enjoy Robert Irving's bar, I think it's called Fit Crunch? Just like candy bars. The smaller version of the huge bar they also sell I believe is under your calorie limit. I do think they're pricier though.
  • The equivalent to a girl scout thin mint cookie - Balance bar in the mint flavor. The macros are perfect, they're usually on sale anywhere between $.79cents to at most $1.89 and the taste/texture is seriously comparable to the cookie we all know and love. Warning though, NONE of the other balance bars are any good, haha. I…
  • Oh I forgot to mention I do also love Larry and Lenny's protein cookies. I literally have a box of each of the like, fifteen flavors. A little high calorie but I mean, what do you expect with an actual cookie? I usually will eat half of one because they're gigantic anyway. They're delicious and on sale you can get a box of…
  • The equivalent to the girl scout thin mint cookie - Balance bar in the mint crunch flavor! They're amazing! The macros on them are perfect and I usually buy in bulk when they go on sale for 79 cents each! You can't beat that. Word of warning though, do NOT try any other flavor, they're terrible, haha. Honestly it's the…
  • 5'7" here. I've weighed as much as 230lbs and as low as 125lbs. At 125lbs I was a skeleton, I looked disgusting and every bone showed, but I wore a size 5 because I have a larger hip size. I'm currently 138lbs and it's too thin still. I went too far with my dieting I'd say and now I'm looking to add about 10lbs of muscle.…
  • I like the pre made shakes by premier protein, 30g of protein for only 160 calories! I only like the chocolate but it also comes in strawberry, vanilla, and I believe berry? For powders you mix yourself I've only ever been able to tolerate optimum nutrition. I like the banana cream best but the chocolate varieties and…
  • My boobs have been everywhere from as large as 38DDD to as small as 34C (current size). I find that my body matches a bigger size better because I'm so curvy, but the smaller breasts are also perkier and easier to dress haha. There are stretch marks, sagging, loose skin, the works :( they've been through 3 pregnancies…
  • I plan on attempting cauliflower "bread" for a grilled cheese sandwich at lunch today. The cheese is the protein, as well as the egg to bind the cauliflower together.
  • okay - you're kind of my hero.
  • BTW this puts me currently at 155lbs and I am 5'7
  • Hi there! Pregnant and 25 weeks :) I had really bad morning sickness as well, and ended up losing 8lbs the first trimester. I am now up 5lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I hit the gym mon-fri for about an hour, half cardio, half weights / body strength stuff. I also log during the week to make sure I am not over-eating,…
  • pregnancy. twice. the whole "going to get fat anyway might as well eat what I want" mentality :/ this time around, however, I am 21 weeks in and 2lbs below my starting weight even. I did have bad morning sickness the first trimester but I also didn't eat in surplus and I have continued to hit the gym x5/week. Every day is…
  • iifym.com that right there is your cake diet. I eat whatever I want, just as long as it fits my macros for the day.
  • I eat 150g of protein daily no problem (I also go by the 1g per lb body weight) I never have an issue reaching my protein goal, if you'd like you can add me and see my diary - I eat quite the variety and not all protein has to come from meats :) although I do eat my fair share.
  • So much yes. Best way to eat kale hands down. I don't even eat eggs now without pan frying up some kale/babyspinach leaves to add in.
  • I know all their benefits. I know how amazing and versatile they are. I know how great they are for you. I still hate them. I don't like the texture or the taste. I have tried them so many different ways trying to force them into my diet, but I can't seem to find a way to hide them in anything and it still be palatable for…
  • cereals that no longer exist like honey nut clusters and french toast crunch (I actually found this on ebay as they still make it in canada.. I just paid $35 for two boxes and shipping hahaha) malt-o-meal homemade lefse with butter and sugar nilla wafers koolaid. so much koolaid. pork steaks (I believe this is the shoulder…
  • IMO I would stay away. To each their own. That being said, I wish someone would've stopped me.
