  Oopsie bread is relatively easy to make with almost zero carbs but it is not exactly bread.
  Also consider bread made out of almond or coconut flour.

  I plan on attempting cauliflower "bread" for a grilled cheese sandwich at lunch today. The cheese is the protein, as well as the egg to bind the cauliflower together.
