I also have a lot to lose and want to get back to running. I've never been a good runner, but I'm always proud of myself when I finished. My sister and I are going to run our first 5k together in November, so it's back to C25K for me. I will check out the runtastic app-

I am a huge stress eater. Sometimes chewing gum with a strong flavor (cinnamon!) helps- or brushing your teeth, if you're someplace where you can do that conveniently. I also stuck a post it on my computer at work that says, "If you're not hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not hungry."

Starting this challenge at 230 lbs. 100 jumping jacks and 9 glasses of water, done. Finished logging for the day and came in under calorie goal- good work today, everyone! :)

Thanks everyone. I take Zyrtec and Flonase right now. The Flonase helps a lot, and the Zyrtec works better than anything else I have tried, but maybe I should try the Netti Pot and the Zyrtec D. I am tired of sinus infections and feeling exhausted all the time!

CONGRATULATIONS! I started at 161 and I'm working toward 150- I CANNOT WAIT to get to Onederland!!!! Great job!!!!!!!! (And I don't have kids either, so I'm sure I'll call it the happiest day since my wedding day too, when I finally get there).
