You could also try an elimination diet. Sometimes you are allergic to certain foods and don't know it. That is what I did and found that gluten really makes me bloated. I have felt so much better staying away from it as much as possible. Cleanses and elimination diets are good to clean out all the bacteria and "creatures"…

Yes, you have answered your own question. I have enjoyed being able to clean out my closet every so often. I have donated or thrown away my old clothes depending on the condition of them. I also have been shopping at used clothing stores to save money while I continue to lose weight.

I have a sensitivity to gluten so I avoid it as much as possible. Some of the things I eat now and enjoy that are gluten free is udi's whole grain bread, Erewhon rice cereal and king arthur flour mixes--their cookie mix and pizza dough are excellent. I also stay away from processed foods and eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

Weekends usually aren't bad for me unless I'm not active. I always do my 5 mile walk on saturday and drink before and after about 3 glasses of water. I would vary your calories. I don't eat the same amount every day and that seems to work for me. some days are 1100 calories and some are up to 1800 calories. Same goes for exercise. I get a really great workout from it but have modified it a bit because she doesn't take into consideration your weight and how it effects your knees. I've done it for my son and yes it works but it is time consuming. Probably will be 2-3 hours. The problem is if you have really dark hair your roots will start to show very quickly.
