    I'm 5'3" and would like to drop at least 30 lbs. but 60 would be amazing - is that close enough?

    Your funny...Great job on your loss so far. I'm 5'4" and want to loose 70 - 80 lbs as well. I've been on for 3 wks and have lost 11 so far. Adding you as a friend. Deb

    Well tonight is my first and I will need a lot of support. I had total knee replacement back in March and thought I would be able to get out and start walking well now my other knee is going out but I have to wait to after the first of the year because of the place Ii work . But I do want to start losing because it will make my recovery a lot easier. So please I need support and new friends that understands. Thanks
