63 lbs down - 30ish to go!

I finally hit 189 yesterday - and after a bit of pondering (and some shopping today) I decided to share my progress pics.
On the left is today @ 189lbs, and on the right is at my heaviest in sept. 2009 @ 252lbs.... I couldn't stop staring at my before photo - I hardly recognize myself at all!
