  • i have a 14 year old daughter, we are very close and i will talk to her about anything she wants to talk about so i think the best advice on here has been to talk to your son, tell him how uncomfortable you feel. i opened a facebook for my daughter last month, attached it to my email and i made up her password so she knows…

  • gonna be completely honest here- i had sex with a guy that was extremely skinny when i was a little over weight not much, and after he said to me" ive never felt so skinny" ---i felt like a whale.
  • I posted a recipe under happy herbivore group on here too-these chickpea frittatas are my #1 breakfast, I make a different one every week. today I made a sundried tomato-spinach-onion-garlic-field roast(grain meat)-and jack cheese(daiya brand) its so friggin good! little franks' red hot or low sodium salsa on top...im…

  • mine's open, and it'll always be open. I dont think about profile creepers, im on here to be accountable for my eating and exercising- i dont feel the need to "hide" anything. and ive seen people post questions on here that i feel the same about and it's as easy as looking at their diary to get the answers which makes me…
  • well i wont be the one to argue with wika, but i know from how my body responds that if i dont eat within two hours of waking up, my body DOES hold on to weight and the longer i wait to eat, i will continue to put it off and that leads to "night time eating disorder"-dangerous ground for anyone trying to lose weight, and…
  • eco plant brand has a "cheese" cracker- ive never seen them in stores but ive seen them on veganessentials.com and probably pangea. my kids love love love" tings"-which are more like vegan cheetos and we get them at whole foods.
  • hmmm. well freedom of speech is a beautiful thing, but im sure some people will be offended, which i dont think was your intention. while i dont feel i judge people for being fat- i do understand that feeling of looking at people and thinking," why are they doing to themselves dont they know how bad it is for them, dont…
