    My thought is.... If this is a lifestyle change then I'm sure as heck going to take my alcohol with me!! The reason I like MFP, the product, is that I can have anything I want as long as it is in my calories. Also, if I have a little over one night it's not goning to kill me, I'm not going to gain 5 pounds. I just start again the next day!
