it depends on "where" it is being done, how big, how long it is taking and also for the girls what time of the month it is.... i had one done on my leg and it took 7 hours, as much as it was ok at the beginning i wanted to punch the tattoo artist in the end... :)

rest and have a hot bath or hit the sauna... Cherry juice is meant to help with muscle pain aswell... drink a protein shake one or two hours before bed time so it helps repairing your muscles while resting....

it isnt cheap that is correct but it is worth it. i dont follow their meal plan either and in regards to water, they say no "cold water" obviously the body has more to work on to heat up some cold water than water which has the body temp already, thats all.

i do both... i love swimming a lot but also love the body pump class... lifting makes a big difference to a body shape and my back problems have been much less since i lift plus core training. and to lift, you dont really need a gym.....

Hi ya! i use Asics for outside (cross country) in the woods. and i like my nike free 2 for the treadmill. it depends on the shape of your feet though which ones are good for you. however, i would recommend those two brands. Happy running!
