    Walsall here, slowly becoming obsessed with this site and what I eat. I have turned from someone who really didn't care what I ate into some sort of calorie counting bore - but it keeps me occupied.

    The tipping point for me to lose weight. For those who are old enough, in the UK during the 80's, there was a ska band called Bad Manners fronted by a huge, large guy called Buster Bloodvessel. In an innocent conversation a relative said they had been to see them on a reunion tour. I asked if he was as big as he used to be? To which I got the reply "No, he has lost loads of weight - he is bigger than me but not as big as you".

    That's what tipped me over the edge, and I genuinely now feel the benefit of losing around 2 stone so far. 3 stone more to go.

    Hi everyone,

    Today is my first day and would love to make some friends.
    I'm in Bucks and would love to drop around 18 pounds.
    I heard some good things about the 5:2 fasting diet and I think I'm gonna give it a go with the help if this app.
