I live in Norfolk in the UK, looking for some friends who are awake and log similar times to me - looking to lose 50lbs, haven't weighed myself yet but joined properly again a week ago :)

    Hampshire here! Aiming to lose about 40-50 pounds overall but setting small targets of 10 pound intervals. Lots of mini victories make a big one!
