  • I often say that I packed my feelings and tucked them safely away in my pocket. Now is the time that I need to pull those feelings out of my pocket and replace the emptiness in my pocket with excuses. Yep, thats right. Grab all of my excuses, pack them up and tuck them safely away in my pocket. Even on bad days, I have no…

Yep, Keebler has his hands all in it (not to mention they make their cookies in the same kitchen as the girl scouts). The first time I saw the samoas…

Together…
  • You can do it! It is definitely a lifestyle change! Like you, I am Type 2 and was diagnosed in November 2010. (I was in denial!!) Finally made the appointment in January/February 2011 to see my doctor. Get this, he recommended MFP, along with diet, exercise and medication. I tried, quit. Joined other sites. Got involved.…
  • Great Job!! Keep up the good work!!! :flowerforyou: That is my mission!!! Right now, my A1C is at 7% so I need to do what I can to reduce that percent! Tired of taking meds on a daily basis, more than that, I am tired of pricking my fingers!!!!
  • Thanks Everyone!! I did get the strips but without insurance, I had to pay $65 for 50 test strips!!!:explode: As you can see, I am NOT a happy camper!!! I am gonna pay my doctor a visit today (as well as call my insurance provider) to see what can be done! The Kroger meter and strips are not bad to use because it does not…
