    Love this thread - need some diversity in my breakfast so appreciate all the great ideas.

    1/2 cup vegetarian refried beans thinned with 2% milk, topped with 1 bunch steamed red chard seasoned with white balsamic vinegar, topped with 1 large egg fried in 1 tsp. coconut oil, 1/4 cantelope and coffee w/ 1Tbls half & half. Your breakfast looked great too.

    I had a bowl of Fiber One Protein maple brown sugar cereal. It was on clearance at the store yesterday, I figured I might as well get something different to have for breakfast. I usually have oatmeal. I'm too lazy to do eggs.
