  • This metabolism myth does not surprise me it seems harder and harder to find good scientific information. As for dinner I eat between 5:30 and 6:00pm somedays I may snack around 8:00pm but not always. On days I jog in the morning I have an apple before hand and I have lunch around noon or 1:00.

  • It is a game of tag kinda like when we were kids except it can be based on distance you run, time spent running, or the last person to run. The app tracks your run and whoever ran last or the least is it. Each game lasts for 72 hours. the app is also great for just tracking your runs.

  • Don't get down. Stay strong you are doing great! It is very common to see weight fluctuations. Most commonly from water retention due to drinking too little water or consuming to much salt.

  • You are not crazy. You are fine. You can maintain control. Sometimes it helps me if I write down what I am feeling when I go to binge. By the time I am done writing and soul searching the desire has left. Just Remember you are in control and you can do anything!
  • Drinking is acceptable while trying to loss weight as long as you calculate calories, but one thing you have to keep in mind that the body will not burn calories until after it has burned the alcohol you consume. Below is a link that explains this a little better. I hope this helps.…
