I confess that I have a thigh gap and treasure it. Whenever I've had a bad eating day or series of days, I check the gap to make sure it's there. And then I think, well, I can't be that fat. I still have the gap. I'm terrified I'll lose it one day, and then what will I tell myself? :/ Healthy, I know.

52 days?! Now that's something to aspire to! I've never made it past 6, I think. Haha. Consider it a reminder that food is not the answer, and move on. No big deal.

Cut all your servings at once and pre-wrap them so they're ready to grab and reheat in the morning. Then you can weigh them all anyway. That's what I'd do; I also HATE guesstimating, especially when you probably went to a lot of effort to make a delicious dish!
