With me.. there were times I don't work out if it was a really bad day.. but if I was cramping and aching, the workout would minimize or eliminate it. If you just don't want to, maybe just do a mini workout. That way you won't feel guilty later.

Excellent question. I don't know that answer to that one BUT I know the sugar you use, whether from fruit or another source, is not used, it will store as fat. So IF it's ok, then I would only eat fruit in the morning so you have the rest of the day to use that sugar. What about some improvisions? I know pineapple, grapes,…

WOW... I was 19-20 when the first season came out. I quit watching after about season 15 or so ((Philadelphia maybe?)). I didn't think it was still going on. It's been 18 years!!!!
