My fiance & I workout a lot together. We've completed p90x and a 1/2 marathon. I love it because we get to spend time together working towards goals, & he always pushes me harder and encourages me.

Last class I did my HRM said just about 300 calories for a 60min. class. LOVE hot yoga!

thanks! When I started eating more than 1200 calories & eating back my exercise cals I saw a big difference & I love it because I never feel hungry

Yesterday I started my 3rd round of p90x, and am getting p90x2 for christmas! It is an amazing program if you commit yourself to it everyday. I didnt see drastic results until about 5weeks into it. I love it though, definitely works

My eating schedule is so screwed up because I work nights. I eat different everyday. I snack a lot inbetween so that I never really feel hungry. I run and do p90x for exercise, and I eat back mostly all of my exercise calories.

I was seeing this guy, and we had plans for him to come hangout at my house. Well he decides to bikeride to my house in mid summer. Shows up dripping in sweat with terrible BO. Asks to borrow my deodorant! I was so grossed out. Never saw him again.

you do not need to stay with her, especially if she beomes tired and starts to get negative in the race, you dont need any negative thoughts and you have worked hard and put in the time. Go out there and kick some butt!

I drink bigelow blueberry green tea a lot. Even if you dont like green tea, the blueberry overpowers the flavor and it is so good!

To maintain MFP says 1620. RIght now I have my calorie goal at 1500

I love the concept of this, but my problem is my BMR is 1207 and I like food too much to stay at that everyday! But congrats on your success!

5'2 110lbs. Calories are 1500. I eat back almost all of my exercise calories.

My stomach is the only area I am not completely satisfied with. So when I have no motivation I just lift my shirt & look at it, it makes me want to work harder!
