Thanks everyone! I ended up finishing cape cod in 4:01, and NYC today in 4:38 so I will take it! Great experience and now I don't want to think about another marathon for a while!!!

I am doing the Cape Cod marathon in Falmouth too! It will be my first marathon. Ran the 1/2 there last year.

Mixed with parm cheese, baby spinach, garlic salt, and topped with an over easy egg. SO good with the yolk mixing with the oatmeal.

I can now do 5 chin ups and 1 pull up unassisted. My advice would be to do them with your feet on a chair for support and then with time keep moving the chair out further so it gets harder, then try without!

After tomorrow morning I'll be at 15.5miles ran..with 51.5 to go this month. I'm already counting tomorrows 4miles so that I will make myself do it! Great job everyone!

Hey ladies! I have a question, do you need a gym membership to do the News Rules of Lifting? I'd like to start but don't belong to a gym. I do p90x2 now so I have a good amount of home equipment (pull-up bar, a few dumbbells, and bands.) THanks for yours help!

I'm so glad I went to my first Power Barre Hot Yoga class this morning. It was an incredible workout!

I work midnights, so its not morning for me.. But at around 4pm I wake up and oil pull for 20min. while cleaning or getting food ready for work then I brush teeth & do whatever p90x2 workout I have for the day, anywhere from 50-75min.
