As a lot of people have said it depends on your build. I am currently around 5' 1" and 150lbs. My doctor recommended getting down to around 135lbs.0

I like to weigh between 103-105, but I am a very small built person as well...at 110 or 115 i start to look chunky in the lower body, but i'm starting at 112 so its a hard rougly 10 lbs to lose0

I'm 5'2 sitting at 116 now from my highest of 125... My lowest was around 98 but that was in the midst of a raging ED... so from past times I feel that my body is happiest hovering around 108.0

I'm 5'1" and currently 129.8 (finally under 130!). I started at 140. My goal is 105-115, just depends on where I'm at when the line from my waist through my hips gets smooth. I have a short torso so all the extra weight is squished into a smaller area and that makes it even more noticeable. Add a strong genetic tendency to high cholesterol and the extra padding has got to go. I was 119 a few years ago and still had a bit of a spare tire. I was working on toning and then I got a desk job and it all went to hell.0

I'm aiming for 120. Started on 174. Currently on 156.
We're in the same place! I started 173, am 156, and have a current goal of 115-120.
I've never actually been at an ideal weight in my entire life, with my thinnest at 115-120 (and slightly pudgy) when I was a teenager. So I figure that's as good a place as any to aim for now.0 -

I am naturally very tiny, so even though I'm a little over 5'2" and 106 lbs, I still have quite a bit of belly fat, and I don't have any muscle tone. T.T so I've been doing a lot of strength training lately so I can work on that last 3 inches of belly fat and have that flat tummy I've always wanted. ^_^0

I am around 135 right now, and I want to be 105! But seriously, if I see sub-120 I will be thrilled. If I see mid-120s I think I should be happy with that.0

i'm 5'1" and my goal is 105.. but i have been trying to get to that for years, i usually plateau around 107-108. 2-3 lbs may not seem like a big deal, but it feels like one to me! haha.
anyway, right now i'm around 110. i think it depends on your build and muscle mass. i wouldn't care to weigh 110 if i had more muscle than fat or if i had a flat stomach and thighs that didn't touch
115 is definitely a reasonable goal! and i hope i don't sound like i'm telling you to get to a lower weight - everyone's body is different!

I'm 5'2", currently 100, my goal is to maintain between 100-105. I'm concentrating on strength training, so, if the scale goes up a little, I'm okay. I have a small frame and small boobs(A). I usually where a size 0 or 1.

I am 5'0" and currently 127lb hoping to maintain at 125lb. If I was to go as low as 115 I'd probably be a size 0 as my waist is already a size 6-8 uk as I'm pretty muscular.0

i'm 5 ft. 1/2 in. and before i had my son i was 114 lbs. i think between that and 128 lbs is normal for my height and i'm only 1/2 in. shorter than you so i think thats a good goal for you (: good luck.!0
