Just curious. Myself I am 176, try for around 1500 per day and eat back my exercise calories.

    I'm 148 and eat 1200 even if I exercise I keep them maybe use 100 cals cos it works for me plus now and again I have a bad day so I think it balances it out.

    No idea yet, I've only been doing it for 2 weeks and haven't weighed myself in that time. Although it is not advised by many medical experts not to eat under your BMR. Simply because your BMR is the amount you need to consume to maintain your weight in a coma, so no movement whatsoever. Eating at your BMR is supposed to be very good for steady sustainable weight loss as long as you keep updating it.

    on this site obviously 1,200 since it wont go lower...but using other calculators it is 1,100. ^^y

    Ohokay may true it! In saying that it is only an extra 83 calories. :)

    I weigh 214 and eat 1540 cals per day. That is the amount that MFP allows me based on my age, height, weight and gender. I have lost 28 pounds since mid-August and don't eat my fitness calories. However, I have to admit that I am terrible and rarely work out. I need to work on that!

    I am 184lbs and I eat 1400 daily, I do not eat back excercise calories because normally I eat well over 2,000 on good days. As you can see I need imrpovement still. :)

    73kg and currently allowed 1390 calories/day as I'm set at 1lb/week loss. Seems to be working well, I'm losing roughly a pound a week like MFP said I would. I sometimes eat some to most of my exercise calories back. (:

    i weigh 140.7 and set my goal to 1760net (MFP suggests to an active and maintaining weight). Some days, i eat 1760 and eat back my exercise calorie but some days i'm really good (under BMR 1308). My main goal is my weekly average not go over my BMR. Made these changes when i hit my plateau. After my changes, losing weight again.

    When I weighed 150 lbs, I was on 1200 a day, which gave me a 0.8lb a week predicted loss. Now I am 125 lbs and maintaining on 1500 net.
