Yep! I read about it on the Ketogenic Success Facebook Page a couple of months ago. Sounds disgusting, I know, but it's delicious! I rinse the egg first in warm water then blend it up with the coffee, butter and coconut oil.

My husband is a coffee snob, but thanks to him, I actually enjoy drinking it now ... especially with lots of heavy cream. We always buy whole bean and grind it ourselves. We actually just bought some coffee beans online and are going to try roasting them at home. Yum!

Since starting Keto, I've gotten a couple of small rashes on my stomach area. I use Boudreaux's Butt Paste and they clear right up within the next day or two. That stuff is great. I even use it as a face moisturizer if my skin gets too dry in the winter.

My husband and I don't really celebrate Valentine's Day. But it was snowing pretty hard here in Kentucky, so we snuggled on the couch with our dog, drank coffee (with lots of cream) and binge-watched "Game of Thrones." It was a great day! :)
