forget about weight. What are your stats. What size clothes do you want? Do women want to wear a Size 2 or 0? I have been told that does exist. Of course height matters. Ask critics what is their clothes size or waist size. Compare and that is a read.

'evidence' .... well the food industry loves that term. Prove a food is bad. Prove that God exists. Prove all calories are equal. No they are not. Just ask your taste buds. Like saying all gas is equal in a car when you have grades that vary the price you pay or in the case the price your body pays for certain calories.

I make my brown rice as a base starch for my own stir fried fried rice with lots of veggies and add one egg or eggbeaters. It is my quick health meal, no meat.

Maybe they are counting 'points' like in WW or like I was given at first by a trainer. Carbs/Fruits/Veg/Dairy/Fat/Protein adjusted to points or portions allowed in a daily intake. WW have veggies / fruit as free so they are not really counting calories either.

There are 'fruit soup' recipes online. Melons are popular. Those are summer soups though like gazpacho. But I eat frozen yogurt in winter I make myself.

My gym mostly has equipment with the sliding pin into weights so no racking required. It is not really a free weight gym with only a Smith Machine which I abhor. I have a cage and Olympic set in my garage for that. But the machines are decent and allows fast and just wipe away when your done.

You cannot make a genuine real good genuine tasting Mexican Tamale without pork lard. I don't care what anyone says. That is why portion and tamale as a special holiday treat homemade, not an every week meal. And for a pie crust Leaf Lard reigns supreme.

whatever this site suggests for me I ignore. I just use this site as a calorie counter. I do not even eat the calories they suggest. I am usually under. All I knew that since I just count my calories I have lost 15 lbs since I started here about a month.

Good.... is a subjective cultural idea and changes with fashion trends. Good is good blood work and shopping for clothes is fun for you and not a dreaded burden squeezing into clothes. I never never would want to be the weight of those stupid charts that go by height. I would look like a frail shell of a man.

I was raised on yogurt as a savory item so adding sweet and fruit was foreign to me. Yogurt with squeezed lemon juice and a little Olive Oil with pita bread and a dash of salt. Adjust as you see fit.
