Eating out can be tough. Remember portion control- ask for no added salt- steamed or grilled veggies or fruit as your sides always- Drink H2O with lemon- if all else fails and you wind up at mickey d's- go with the kids meals lol Have a great trip and if you're exercising like crazy- dont worry too much! :)

I'd ignore the side salad rule- He was mostly saying it because most salads come drenched in dressing(oils) that are high cal, fat & sodium. Yep it has to do with your weight loss. Your body doesn't have to exert as much energy to do the same workout anymore because it's not carrying that extra 60ish pounds around! For big girls - there seems to be no perfect bra- I wear my normal bra during my workouts, but I've heard wearing a regular bra with a sports bra gives better support. I wish places made GREAT sports bras for larger chested women. lol
